ConnectX-8扩展选项
有两种可用的扩展选项:
对于900-9X81Q-00CN-ST0和900-9X81E-00EX-ST0:利用Socket-Direct/Multi-Host功能,其中PCIe扩展卡连接到SuperNIC,并作为端点使用。
对于900-9X81E-00EX-DT0:利用下游端口(DSP)选项,其中MCIO连接器用作存储设备(GPU或SSD)的根复合体。
NVIDIA 提供 ConnectX-8 Socket Direct,该技术分别为具备 PCIe Gen5 或 Gen4 能力的服务器提供 800Gb/s 或 400Gb/s 的连接速度。SuperNIC 的 32 通道 PCIe 总线被分为两条 16 通道总线,其中一条总线可通过 PCIe x16 边缘连接器访问,另一条总线则通过 x16 辅助 PCIe 连接卡访问。这两张卡应分别安装在两个 PCIe x16 插槽中,并通过 MCIO 线束进行连接。
若要在Socket-Direct配置中使用SuperNIC,请订购额外的PCIe辅助卡套件。支持Socket Direct的SuperNIC可以作为独立的x16 PCIe卡使用。
